Key learning outcomes
|
The program deepens the theoretical and practical knowledge of the Dutch language in order that the student my acquire knowledge at the level C1 to C2 of the European Reference Framework. Students will gain not only good insight into the economic geography of the Netherlands and Flanders, but also into general Dutch specifics. An integral part of the degree consists of further education in the field of professional translation and interpretation into Dutch. During their studies, the student may also acquire a certification of the ability to teach.

Occupational profiles of graduates with examples
|
A graduate has an excellent working knowledge of the Dutch language at the level C1 to C2, has a good overview of Dutch and Flemish economic geography and Dutch and Flemish society and general prerequisites for continuing studies in the post-gradual degree program. The graduates are well versed in practical Dutch terminology, are able to translate entrepre-neurial texts or may apply particularly in domestic and foreign enterprises in business and in the business sector .
