Course content
31. - 33. unit of the textbook. Working with additional authentic texts for reading and listening comprehension. Lesson 31: BEWEGUNG: etwas erzählen, Abläufe schildern, den Zweck von etwas angeben, Einstellungen beschreiben (Grammatik; Pronomen und Pronominladverbien, Präpositionalergänzungen und Nebensätze, Reflexivpronomen, Nebensätze mit "damit") Lesson 32: EINKAUFEN: über Einkaufsgewohnheiten sprechen, etwas telefonisch reklamieren, Gesprächsstrategien am Telefon, über Verbraucherschutz sprechen (Grammatik: Artikel und Possessivartikel im Genitiv, Adjektivendungen im Genitiv, Präpositionen mit Genitiv) Lesson 33: UMWELT UND ENERGIE; über das Energiesparen sprechen, Wichtigkeit ausdrücken, etwas für die Zukunft planen, Vorschläge machen (Grammatik: Futur mit werden, Konjunktiv II - Formen, Wortbildung - Adjektive aus Verben oder Nomen) Current short videos and written texts from the Internet.

Learning outcomes
The third semester of a four-semester course in German for intermediate students without focus on their major. Its aim is to improve command of German on presumed B2 level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. All types of language skills (perceptive, productive as well as interactive) are to be developed in the classes: - speaking - writing - reading - listening
Comprehensive development of all language skills: - speaking - listening comprehension - reading comprehension - writing After successful completion of the whole course, the students will achieve target level of B2 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Prerequisites
Input language level - intermediate: A2/B1 In case of greater number of applicants than possible, the priority will be given to students with obligatory foreign language classes.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Didactic Test

Credit requirements: - activeness in the class - regular attendance - max. two absences allowed (to do homework and preparation necessary) - pass all continuous tests to each lesson (in the other case the students must write and pass complete credit test) - preparation and homework - oral presentation - cooperation with other students Students can obtain the credit not later than by the end of the examination period of the semester they registered for this course.
