Learning outcomes
The second semester of an Italian language course for students of the History of Fine Arts. The course is focused mainly on intensive development of general language, grammar structures and vocabulary with the aim of overall development of language skills, so that the student can attend the training course IDU1-4 (working with various types of specialized texts and acquiring professional vocabulary after completing the preparatory course) stocks). All necessary materials, homework, etc. will be suspended in Moodle! Upon successful completion of the IDUP course, full-time students will reach the A2 level of the European Reference Framework for languages. The course is designed exclusively for students with no knowledge of Italian language, who, after completing the full course IDUP1-4, are going to attend a specialized course IDU1-4.
Comprehensive development of all language skills: speaking, listening comprehension, reading, writing. After successful completion of the whole NVUP course, the students will achieve target level of A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Prerequisites
The course is primarily designated for complete beginners students of History of Art.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Credit - requirements for granting certification: 1.Course attendance - maximum of 2 absences. Absence from the class is in no case a reason for being unprepared in the following seminar. If the student is not prepared, he/she can be regarded as being absent. 2.Active participation in the classes, regular home preparation, written home assignments/credit works. 3.Passing so-called "regular tests" throughout the semester (passing level always 75%). Students who have not achieved given passing level shall write a comprehensive credit test in the following exam period. Warning: Students are obliged to finish every course by the end of exam period of the semester in which they enrolled for the course!
