Learning outcomes
The course English grammar intermediate 2 will cover a number of areas of English grammar at B2 level as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - both in theory and in practice.
Students will learn how and why we use certain grammatical structures. At the end of the course, they should be much more confident and competent in their understanding and use of English grammar. By attending the two-term course and passing the exam, students will cover all the B2 level grammar and get to the C1 level as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of English as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - level B2.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

-Attendance - maximum 2 absences. Absence is no excuse for not being prepared for the following lesson. -Active participation. -Preparing a presentation/activities on a chosen topic. -Completion of all the assignments. -Final written test (min. 70%). To obtain the credit, the students must fulfill all the requirements not later than by the end of the examination period of the semester they registered for this course.
