Course content
Within the course of the "Teaching Practice" the observations are being carried out and analyzed as well as the specific teaching periods organized within the Dutch language comprehension courses taught at the first and second year bachelor, as well as the courses "Foreign Language - Dutch 1 - 4".

Learning outcomes
The "Teachning practice" is closely linked to the course "Didactics" (see detailed description and also the information on the study of the pedagogical qualification available via http://icv.ff.upol.cz/index.php/uz-aktualni-informace/). Every student is obliged to carry out a teaching practice within the 3rd or 4th semester which consists of the minimum of 3 to 5 observations and a minimum number of 8 active teaching periods. For each of these the corresponding documents have to be provided by the students, namely the observation reports and the teaching plans.
Applying the obtained basic knowledge concerning the didactics of Dutch as a foreign language and the theoretical knowledge concerning both the audio-lexical method ff NL leren (Module 1B and Module 2B) and the communicative approach to FLT (textbook Nederlands in actie).
Prerequisites
The students are obliged to follow the course "Didactics" prior to the "Teaching Practice" (see http://icv.ff.upol.cz/index.php/uz-aktualni-informace/) and to prove the sufficient level of their Dutch language skills (min. B2 - CEFR).

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Analysis of linguistic, Systematic Observation of Student, Visitation

Being present at the lessons, active participation in the educational activities, working out the homework tasks/observation reports/teaching plans systematically.
