Learning outcomes

The exam Certificaat Nederlands als Vreemde Taal (Exam Dutch as a Foreign Language) is an international exam under the guidance and control of the Nederlandse Taalunie. It takes place every year once in the first half of May. The exam has four profiles (at the level of the Common European Framework of Reference as noted in brackets): 1) PTIT - profile of tourist and informal skills (A2); 2) PMT - profile of social skills (B1); 3) PPT - profil of professional skills (B2); 4) PAT - profil of academic skills (C2) All profiles assess the ability of the candidate to understand and use written and spoken Dutch at the corresponding level.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of Dutch language at the B2 level of the European Referential Framework.
