Course content
The oral exam will be in a dialogue form and will cover the topics dealt with in the courses IMP1-4. The exam has three parts: reading and translation, situational dialogue, dialogue about one of the topics covered in the courses IMP1-4.

Learning outcomes
This is meant for the students who want to take an exam at the end of the four-semester IMP course. The examination will test students' knowledge acquired in the courses IMP1-IMP4.
Student can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
Prerequisites
The student has successfully completed all semesters of the course.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

The student will have successfully completed the courses IMP1-4 The students will register for IMPZ in STAG at the beginning of the semester along with other courses. The student will translate the text assigned by the teacher at the beginning of the semester. The student will hand in the translation of this text in the printed form to the teacher at least one week before the exam.
