| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the study is to provide an university education in the field focused on solving a large social area issues of providing so-called special education and related care to people with specific needs in particular areas of social life and public administration of the Czech Republic. The study will prepare the experts to solve the educational and social situations for people with disabilities and related disadvantages. The primary focus is on the graduates' competencies in the following areas: schools specifically designed for pupils with disabilities, work with pupils with SEN in the context of so-called regular schools, schools and school institutions for institutional and protective care, (school) leisure time institutions, institutions and institutions areas of social protection, social services institutions, health institutions (including therapeutic communities), non-governmental non-profit organizations providing care for people with disabilities and health or social disadvantage. |
