Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is the adoption of the system of institutional care for visually impaired persons in the Czech Republic, including legislative frameworks, within all interested departments and non-profit organizations, with an emphasis on the specifics of access to visually impaired individuals according to age, type and depth of visual impairment, including characteristics differences in the educational process for groups of visually impaired people with an emphasis on the contemporary concept of lifelong education. Teaching theses: - Systemic institutional support for visually impaired people in the Czech Republic. - Legislative and content framework for the operation of basic institutions and facilities intended to help people with visual impairments. - Typhoid diagnosis. - Characteristics of individual categories of visually impaired people and the specifics of their socialization. - The specifics of the education of visually impaired people from the point of view of the depth of the disability and the age of the client. - Lifelong learning - opportunities, conditions and specifics of involvement for people with visual impairments. - Applicability of people with visual impairments in the labor market due to their age, in relation to the time of onset of visual impairment, its type, depth and duration.
