Course content
The program is aimed at developing the student's basic abilities to understand the main psychiatric disorders and to use skills in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric patients. It consists of lectures on the main psychiatric disorders and their treatment, and practices and workshops aimed at training practical skills.

Learning outcomes
To provide a basic overview of psychiatric diagnoses, their therapy and long-term treatment.
Application and integration, implementation of knowledge gained into the diagnostic and therapeutic process. Based on a psychiatric examination, the student will be able to evaluate case reports from a psychiatric point of view, correctly assess patients' illnesses, propose therapy and describe an attitude suitable for emergency psychiatry.
Prerequisites
Sufficient level of personal maturity, friendliness, empathy, basic communication skills. Knowledge of the subjects first rigorous circuit. Fundamentals of Pharmacology and Medical Psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Didactic Test, Anamnestic Method

Participation in the compulsory part of the course and passing the examination. The examination includes practical and theoretical part.
