Introduction to Cardiology. Angina pectoris. Myocardial Infarction. Valvular and Congenital Heart Disease in Adult. Heart Failure. Bradyarrhythmias. Supraventricular Tachyarrhythmias. Syncope. Pulmonary. Non-invasive methods. Interventional Methods in Coronary Heart Disease. Echocardiography. X-ray. Cardiac Pacing, ICD. Ventricular Tachyarrhythmias. Tachyarrhythmias Therapy. Hypertension. Biochemical tests in Cardiology. Embolism. Endocarditis, Myocarditis, Pericarditis. Diseases of Aorta. Diseases of Peripheral Arteries. Diff. diagnosis of Chest Pain. Content of Respiratory Medicine. Pulmonary Syndromes. Tuberculosis. Lung Tumours. Respiratory Insufficiency. Endoscopy of Respiratory System. Sarcoidosis. Intersticial Lung Diseases. Sleep Apnoe Syndrome. Asthma Bronchiale. Pleural Diseases. Pneumonia and Other. Pulmonary Function. COPD. During the final seminar, the level of acquired knowledge is verified.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Training in job and motor Skils
Learning outcomes
Mastery of cardiology history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of diseases of the cardiovascular system. Visits to specialized cardiology laboratories are also included.
Upon completion of the block, students should be able to independently examine a cardiology patient, determine a plan of examination, interpret the results of the examination, and determine the likely diagnosis and treatment course of action.
