- Concept of enforcement law, sources, principles - Forms, types and methods of enforcement - The course of enforcement proceedings according to the EA - The course of enforcement of decisions under the Civil Procedure Code - Defence and protection of the debtor, enforcement actions - Affection of property of spouses in enforcement - Arbitration proceedings

Learning outcomes
Civil procedure provides basic knowledge of the legal regulation of the procedure of courts and other procedural entities in providing protection to private law relationships. It is divided into three semesters. The main topics of the third semester are enforcement proceedings and arbitration. The teaching is then focused mainly on the general part of the enforcement proceedings.
After completing the last semester, the student should understand the compulsory implementation of the fulfilment of the obligation imposed by the enforcement title and also the out-of-court settlement of the dispute by arbitration.
Prerequisites
Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the MOSP1, MACP1,2.
