Learning outcomes
Course objectives: Civil procedure provides basic knowledge of the legal regulation of the procedure of courts and other procedural entities in providing protection to private law relationships. It is divided into three semesters, with the second semester focusing on costs, the remedy of defective decisions, uncontested proceedings and judicial review of the activities of public authorities. The main themes of the second semester are as follows - Costs of proceedings - Rectification of defective decisions - Appeals - review of an appeal - Action for a miscarriage of justice - Action for a retrial - Non-contentious justice - Proceedings in cases decided by another authority Upon completion of the semester, the student is primarily familiar with appeals and other remedies for defective decisions and has a basic understanding of uncontested justice. An important skill that the student acquires upon completion of the course is the ability to write an appeal.
After completing the second semester, the student has information about the correction of defective decisions in civil court proceedings and also about uncontested justice.
