Diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou a porovnáváním úrovně mentálních dovedností v jezdectví u kategorie mladších juniorů, starších juniorů a seniorů v disciplínách parkur a drezura. Při srovnání mentálních dovedností u mladších juniorů vs. starších juniorů a mladších juniorů vs. seniorů nebyly zjištěny žádné statisticky významné rozdíly.

The practical part deals with the determination and comparison of the level of mental skills of riders in the disciplines of show jumping and dressage in the categories of junior juniors, senior juniors and seniors. As a tool for the research was used the Ottawa Mental Skills Questionnaire OMSAT-3*(Ottawa Mental Skills Questionnaire). The research was conducted outside the 2022/2023 main season and 60 riders participated. The results indicate that riders predominantly possess average mental skills. Only the senior group was found to be above average in Goal Setting. Below average levels were not found for any of the rider groups studied. No statistically significant differences were found when comparing the level of mental skills between the younger juniors, older juniors and seniors.
