Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření u asistentů pedagoga na krnovských základních školách a hlavním cílem je informovat o stavu výskytu syndromu vyhoření u těchto pracovníků. Nejprve jsou přiblížena teoretická východiska zkoumané problematiky, a to zejména profese asistenta pedagoga, v rámci kapitoly druhé je následně pozornost specificky zasvěcena termínu psychického zdraví a třetí kapitola pojednává o již zmíněném syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním a vyhodnocováním dat, které byly získány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník se skládal ze tří částí, z nichž první část se zaměřovala na demografické otázky, druhá část se vztahovala na otázky vnímání práce v období pandemie Covid-19 a inkluze ukrajinských dětí do škol a poslední část obsahovala standardizovaný dotazník Burnout Measure. Celkem byly zpracovány výsledky 40 osob, přičemž výsledky výskytu syndromu vyhoření (4<=BQ<5) se nám potvrdily u 1 (2,5 %) z osob, výskyt akutního syndromu vyhoření (BQ=>5) se nepotvrdil u žádné osoby. Dále se potvrdila potřeba změny životního stylu (3<=BQ<4) u 15 (37,5 %) osob. Uspokojivého psychického stavu (2<=BQ<3) dosahuje 22 (55 %) osob a dobré psychické zdraví (BQ < 2) mají 2 (5 %) osoby. Následně se data porovnávají podle Kruskal-Wallisova testu a Mann-Whitney U Testu s dalšími faktory, jako je pohlaví, věk, délka praxe, vztahy s kolegy, volný čas a frekvence pohybových aktivit. Zde nebyla potvrzena žádná souvislost mezi těmito faktory a syndromem vyhoření. Taktéž nebyla v diplomové práci potvrzena souvislost s pandemií, inkluzí ukrajinských dětí a výskytem syndromu vyhoření.

The burnout syndrome in teacher's assistants in Krnov and surrounding areas. The thesis deals with the burnout syndrome in teacher's assistants in primary schools in Krnov and its main goal is to give information about the incidence of the burnout syndrome in these professionals. The first chapter summarizes the current knowledge of the theme, with a special focus on the profession of teacher's assistant. The second chapter focuses on the term of mental health and the third chapter deals with the burnout syndrome itself. In the research section, the results of the questionnaire survey are processed and interpreted. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: the first focused on demographic questions, the second contained questions concerning the perception of work during COVID-19 pandemic and the inclusion of ukrainian children in czech schools, and the last part consisted of a standardized questionnaire called the Burnout Measure. The survey included 40 participants, of which the incidence of the burnout syndrome (4<=BQ<5) was confirmed in 1 (2,5 %) person, the incidence of an acute burnout syndrome (BQ=>5) was not confirmed in any participant. Furthermore, a need for change of lifestyle (3<=BQ<4) was confirmed in 15 (37,5 %) persons. Satisfactory mental state (2<=BQ<3) was found in 22 (55 %) persons and good mental health (BQ < 2) was found in 2 (5 %) persons. Subsequently, the data was compared according to Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U Test with other factors including gender, age, years of professional experience, relationships with colleagues, spending free time and frequency of physical activity. No connection between these factors and the burnout syndrome was found. Neither was found a connection with the pandemic, the inclusion of ukrainian children and the burnout syndrome
