Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivačním jazykem a zkoumá projevy motivačního řečníka Simona Sineka. Práce představuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivace a analyzuje dva vybrané projevy se zaměřením na interpersonální složku. Dále je v teoretické části popsán tlumočnický proces a jsou uvedeny nejčastěji používané tlumočnické strategie. Praktická část popisuje experiment, který je založen na metodě pozorování. Vybrané projevy jsou dány k tlumočení studentům tlumočení a následně jsou zkoumány strategie, které studenti při tlumočení používají. Práce se zaměřuje na řešení interpersonálních prvků v projevech, tedy na komunikaci s posluchači a navazování vztahu s posluchači.

The thesis deals with motivational language and analyses Simon Sinek's speeches. The theoretical part presents theoretical background of motivation and analyses two Sinek's speeches with a focus on the interpersonal language function. The theoretical part also describes the process of interpreting and the most common interpreting strategies. The practical part of this thesis uses descriptive approach and describes an experiment - Sinek's speeches interpreted by student interpreters. The aim of this thesis is to comment on interpersonal features of Sinek's speeches and examine the strategies adopted by student interpreters.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivačním jazykem a zkoumá projevy motivačního řečníka Simona Sineka. Práce představuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivace a analyzuje dva vybrané projevy se zaměřením na interpersonální složku. Dále je v teoretické části popsán tlumočnický proces a jsou uvedeny nejčastěji používané tlumočnické strategie. Praktická část popisuje experiment, který je založen na metodě pozorování. Vybrané projevy jsou dány k tlumočení studentům tlumočení a následně jsou zkoumány strategie, které studenti při tlumočení používají. Tato diplomová práce se bude zabývat projevy motivačního řečníka Simona Sineka. V teoretické části budou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti motivace a koučinku a bude obecně popsán jazyk koučů a motivačních řečníků. Následně bude představen řečník Simon Sinek a budou analyzovány jeho dva projevy. Analýza projevů vychází z analýzy registru a změřuje se na interpersonální složku a prvky mluvenosti. Dále budou v teoretické části popsány tlumočnické strategie. Vybrané projevy budou dány k tlumočení pokročilým studentům tlumočení. Praktická část se bude věnovat analýze tlumočení se zaměřením na vybrané aspekty projevů. Cílem práce bude zjistit, jaké strategie tlumočníci volí a jak se vypořádávají s interpersonálními a nonverbálními prvky Sinekových projevů.
