Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na monitoring pohybových aktivit
a sportovních preferencí studentů Gymnázia Třinec.
a Dotazník sportovních preferencí v on-line systému INDARES.COM. Následně proběhlo vyřazení nesprávně vyplněných dotazníků. Z výsledku dotazníků byla zjištěna hodnota MET-min/týdně, kdy dívky dosáhli nejvyšších výsledků v celkové Pohybové aktivitě (PA) a ve středně intenzivní PA a chlapci měli nejvyšší výsledky
v intenzivní PA a v chůzi. Z výsledku Dotazníku sportovních preferencí studenti nejvíce preferují individuální sporty.

The bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring physical activities and sports preferences of students of Gymnázium Třinec. The thesis provides an overview of theoretical knowledge concerning the issue of physical activities and also areas of individual development - adolescence and its division into morning and late adolescence. As part of development, individuals go through different periods of life and thus their view of a healthy lifestyle also changes. The overview of the findings was carried out by an empirical survey where 45 students were involved. Students completed the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and the Sports Preferences Questionnaire in the online system INDARES.COM. Subsequently, the questionnaires were cleaned. From the results of the questionnaires, I found
a MET-min/week value, with girls achieving the highest results in total Physical Activity (PA) and Moderate Intensity PA and boys having the highest results in Intensive PA and Walking. Of the results of the Sports Preferences Questionnaire, students prefer individual sports the most.
