Course objectives:
|
The course aims at the theoretical and practical preparation of students for the conduction of employees´ selection, which utilizes specialized psychological techniques and tools. The course pays attention to issues of psychodiagnostic and ethics.

Requirements on student
|
Students need to have fulfilled conditions for pre-exam credit before undergoing of written exam. Students of daily as well as combined (distant) study programs accomplish pre-exam credit by gaining 30 points for activities during semester.
