Course objectives:
|
The course aims to provide students with detailed information about the organization and execution of public administration in the field of trades in the Czech Republic. Graduates of the course will master the basics of regulation all the relevant institutes in the area of trade administration under the relevant legislation, in particular by Constitutional Act no. 2/1993 Coll., Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, and by Act no. 455/1991 Coll., on Trades and Act no. 570/1991 Coll., on Trade licensing offices and under subsequent legislation.

Requirements on student
|
PC skills, ability to find relevant legislation in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic and case-law in the Supreme Administrative Court Collection published in a manner allowing remote access.
For completion of the course is necessary active participation in seminars to the extent determined by lecturer.
