Course objectives:
|
The course represents the state final exam in work and management psychology. The aim is to verify knowledge in the field of work and organizational psychology extended in the MSc study program.
|
Requirements on student
|
The prerequisite for attendance of the state final exam consists of knowledge from the study of key field courses in the MSc study program, being followed the previous study in the BA study program. Particularly, the attention is paid to the study of topics and literature in the courses: Human resources management 1, Human resources management 2, and Psychology of personnel selection. Besides that, a student can gain extended knowledge in courses: Managerial psychology, Team work, and Coaching.
