Dizertačná práca poskytuje vhľad do problematiky reziliencie a jej súvislostí s duševným zdravím naprieč viacerými kontextami s dôrazom kladeným najmä na jej funkciou v spojení s prežitými stresujúcimi a traumatickými životnými udalosťami. Súčasťou práce sú štyri publikované štúdie, ktoré sa zameriavajú na preskúmanie súvislostí medzi rezilienciou a (1) dôsledkami prežitia traumatickej životnej udalosti ? posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou a posttraumatickým rozvojom a (2) duševným zdravím spojeným so špecifickými pandemickými okolnosťami u stredoškolských a vysokoškolských študentov/-iek. V rámci práce je tiež sledovaná dynamika vývinu reziliencie naprieč troma rokmi (2020-2023) so zohľadnením vybraných sociodemografických charakteristík (rod, vek, partnerský status) a tiež (ne)prežitej traumatickej udalosti.
Anotace v angličtině
This dissertation provides insight into the issue of resilience and its relationship to mental health across multiple contexts, with particular emphasis on its function in relation to the experience of stressful and traumatic life events. The thesis includes four peer-reviewed studies that focus on examining the associations between resilience and (1) the consequences of surviving a traumatic life event-posttraumatic stress disorder and posttraumatic growth, and (2) mental health associated with specific pandemic circumstances in high school and university students. The work also examines the dynamics of resilience development across three years (2020-2023), taking into account selected socio-demographic characteristics (gender, age, partner status), as well as the (un)experienced traumatic event.
