Cílem bakalářské práce je představení problematiky pánevního dna po porodu a shrnutí současných poznatků z oblasti poporodních poruch PD a následné fyzioterapie. Úvodní část práce je věnována popisu anatomie pánve a pánevního dna, dále je rozebrána i jeho funkce v těhotenství, při porodu a v šestinedělí. Následující část je zaměřena na nejčastější poporodní poruchy a jejich příčiny. Na tyto základní informace navazuje část, ve které se zaměřuji na vyšetření pánve, PD a zejména na možnosti péče a léčby z pohledu fyzioterapie.

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the subject of the pelvic floor postpartum and to summarize the existing knowledge in the field of postpartum PF disorders and its subse-quent physiotherapy. The introductory part of the thesis is focused on the description of the anatomy of the pelvis and the pelvic floor, as well as its role in pregnancy, during childbirth and in puerperium. The following part addresses the most common postpartum disorders and their causes. This fundamental information is followed by a section focus-ing on the pelvic examination, PF and especially on the care and treatment options from the perspective of physiotherapy.
