Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace. Konkrétně se práce zmiňuje o zdravotnické záchranné službě a zdravotnickém operačním středisku, rovněž zkoumá současnou legislativu, fungování a problémy spojené s lokalizací volajícího v rámci tohoto procesu. Práce je založena na sumarizaci aktuálně dohledatelných studií za posledních 10 let, které se zabývají problematikou telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace a souvisejících aspektů, jako je efektivita postupů, využití technologií a zlepšení přežití pacientů s náhlou zástavou oběhu a jejich následný neurostatus. V této práci je podrobně analyzována historie telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace, specifické postupy pro různá věková období a v neposlední řadě také využití automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru při mimonemocniční zástavě oběhu. Celkově přináší tato práce důkladný přehled o telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitaci a zahrnuje nejnovější poznatky a trendy v této oblasti získané prostřednictvím dostupné literatury a studií.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of telephone-assisted emergency resuscitation. Specifically, the thesis mentions the ambulance service and the medical operations centre, it also examines the current legislation, functioning and problems associated with locating the caller within this process. The thesis is based on a summary of currently traceable studies over the last 10 years that address the issue of telephone-assisted emergency resuscitation and related aspects such as the effectiveness of procedures, the use of technology and the improvement of survival of patients with sudden circulatory arrest and their subsequent neurostasis. The history of telephone-assisted urgent resuscitation, specific procedures for different age periods and, last but not least, the use of automated external defibrillator in out-of-hospital circulatory arrest are analyzed in detail. Overall, this thesis provides a thorough overview of telephone-assisted emergency resuscitation and includes the latest knowledge and trends in this field obtained through the available literature and studies.
