Informace o kvalifikační práci Růstové bolesti - etiologie, diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, vztahy k patologiím pohybového aparátu a možnosti terapie
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice růstových bolestí. V teoretické části práce je popsána definice růstových bolestí, prevalence a nejčastější lokality bolesti a nejvíce probírané hypotézy o etiologii onemocnění.
The bachelor's thesis examines the issue of growing pains. The theoretical part of the thesis contains definitions of growing pains, the prevalence and the most common sites of pain and the most discussed hypotheses about the aetiology of the medical condition. Furthermore, the thesis explores the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and the correlation of growing pains with other musculoskeletal disorders such as obesity, hypermobility and changes in foot posture. Last but not least, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the options for therapy in children suffering from growing pains. Therapy for growing pains is conservative and a crucial role is played by the fact that the child will grow out of the pain. However, a physiotherapist can help the patient by creating a personalised rehabilitation plan. In terms of kinesiotherapy, the most commonly used methods are stretching of shortened muscles, physical therapy, massage and adherence to the regimen recommendations. The physiotherapist will also educate the parents on how to relieve their child from pain during a bout of pain, and recommend a regimen for the child. The practical part includes a case report of a patient suffering from growing pains.

Cílem této práce je rešerší zpracovat problematiku růstových bolestí. Jednotlivé kapitoly se budou zabývat etiologií, diagnostikou a diferenciální diagnostikou růstových bolestí. Dále bude v práci popsán vztah růstových bolestí k jiným patologiím pohybového aparátu (hypermobilita, postura chodidla atd.) a poté na terapii.
