Informace o kvalifikační práci Autobiografie a sebeprezentace v dokumentárním filmu. Případová studie filmu No Home Movie (2015) režisérky Chantal Akerman
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje autobiografii a samoreprezentaci ve filmu No Home Movie (2015). Pro podrobnější analýzu byly analyzovány i filmy News from Home (1976), Jeanne Dielman, 23, quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (1975) a L?-bas (2006).

This thesis analyzes autobiography and self-presentation in No Home Movie (2015). For a more detailed analysis, the films News from Home (1976), Jeanne Dillman, 23, quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (1975) and L?-bas (2006) were also examined. In this paper I examine the formal, substantive, and thematic elements of the autobiography with which the filmmaker works. A narrative and comparative analysis method was used to develop the analysis, working with her previous films and comparing the definition of autobiographical value in the process. Narrative analysis draws on the methodology described by Jim Lane in his book Autobiographical Documentary in America (2002). The main question I ask myself in analyzing this work is how Chantal Akerman in No Home Movie uses a handheld camera, repetitive scenes, and dialogue to create an autobiographical narrative in which she explores family relationships through the image of her mother and the impact of trauma on her own identity. The purpose of this undergraduate thesis was achieved through an analytical evaluation to understand what narrative and visual practices Chantal Akerman uses to reveal her autobiographical identity.

Pomocí stylové analýzy bude zhodnocena práce s kamerou, střihem, mizanscénou a zvukem, vždy v kontextu autobiografie a sebeprezentace.
