Bakalářská práce se zabývá účinky otužování a dechových cvičení. Cílem bylo zjistit povědomí o těchto zkoumaných aktivitách u běžné populace a dle získaných informací nastínit návrh jejich zavedení do přípravy horské služby. Teoretická část obsahuje popis účinků otužování a dechových cvičení a jejich vliv na lidský organismus a jeho psychohygienu. Ve výzkumné části jsou představeny cíle, použité metody a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 216 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu prezentují aktuální názory běžné populace na smysluplnost otužování a dechových cvičeních, včetně jejich povědomí a počtů respondentů, kteří zkoumané aktivity praktikují. Vyhodnocení výsledků rovněž představují postoj příslušníků horské služby k zavedení zkoumaných aktivit do přípravy horské služby. Vybrané výsledky jsou analyzovány a diskutovány. V závěru práce je na základě získaných informací nastíněn návrh zavedení otužování a dechových cvičeních do přípravy horské služby.
Anotace v angličtině
The bachelor's thesis deals with the effects of hardening and breathing exercises. The theoretical part contains a description of the effects of hardening and breathing exercises and their influence on the human organism and its psychohygiene. In the practical part there is presented research with used objectives and methods and results of the questionnaire survey, in which 216 respondents took part. The results of the research show the current opinions of the general population on the usefulness of strengthening and breathing exercises, including their awareness, and the number of respondents who practice the investigated activities. The evaluation of the results also represents the attitude of members of the mountain service to the introduction of the researched activities into the preparation of the mountain service. Selected results are analysed and discussed. At the end of the thesis, a proposal for the introduction of hardening and breathing exercises in preparation for mountain service is outlined which was based on the information obtained.
