Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na genderové rozdíly v pitném režimu a stavu zavodnění u studentů Fakulty tělesné kultury. Testování se zúčastnilo 66 studentů (34 žen a 32 mužů) s průměrným věkem 21,9 ? 0,95 let. K posouzení stavu zavodnění jsem měřila specifickou hustotu moči, kterou jsem porovnala se subjektivním hodnocením stavu zavodnění. Na základě zjištěných výsledků vyplývá, že 35 % studentek a 75 % studentů se nacházelo v pásmu dehydratace. 69 % studentů obou pohlaví řadí čistou vodu mezi nejkonzumovanější tekutiny během dne. Dále bylo zjištěno, že 73 % žen a 88 % mužů splňuje minimální množství tekutin.

This bachelor's thesis is aimed on the gender differences in drinking regime and the state of hydration status in students of the Faculty of Physical Culture. Testing involved 66 students (34 female students and 32 male students) with an avarange age 21,9 ? 0,95 years. To assess the state of hydration I measured the specific density of urine, which I compared with the subjective assessment of the state of hydration. The results show that 35 % of female students and 75 % of male students were in the dehydration zone. 69 % students of both sex rank water among the most consumed fluids during the day. It also shows that 73 % of female students and 88 % male students replenish the minimum amount of fluids.
