Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětského nádorového onemocnění ve spojení s pohybovými aktivitami. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit přehled doporučení pohybové aktivity u dětí s onkologickou diagnózou. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá onkologickými nemocemi dětského věku. Konkrétně možnostmi léčby, specifik onemocnění, jejich prevencí a výběrem nejčastějších druhů onkologických onemocnění u dětí a mladistvých. Druhá část teoretické práce se zaměřuje na pohybovou aktivitu věkové kategorie děti a mladistvých. Vymezuji zde základní pojmy, doporučení, ale také zásady a přehled doporučení pohybové aktivity. V praktické části bakalářské práce vyhledávám relevantní studie ve vědecké databázi PubMed. Z celkových 122 studií, kritéria vyhledávání plní 18 studií. Z výsledků studií vyplývá nedostatečný průzkum doporučení pohybové aktivity u dětí a mladistvých během onkologické léčby a po dokončení léčby.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of childhood cancer in connection with physical activities. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to overview of recommended physical activity for children with oncology diagnosis. Theoretic part deals with oncology diseases of children age. Concretely, options of cure, specifics of disease, their prevention and summary of most frequent types of oncology diseases in the age of children and adolescent. The second part of theoretical part of theses focuse on physical aktivity in the age of children and adolescents. There is determined basic concepts, but also fundamentals and options for the physical aktivity. In the practical part of theses, I look up for relevant studies in the academic database PubMed. From the total 122 studies, only 18 fulfil all the criteria. From the outcomes of studies emerges the absence of overview of physical activity in the age group children and adolecent during treatment and also after cure.
