Tato práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem influencer marketing na Instagramu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak respondenti hodnotí na pětibodové škále produkty, které propagují influencerky. V jednom případě jsme pracovali s tím, zda si danou propagaci respondent pamatuje, v druhém případě jsme se zaměřili na opačnou situaci, tedy že si propagaci nepamatuje. Snažili jsme se odhalit, jaké osobnostní dimenze dle inventáře BFI-2 souvisí s hodnocením produktů. Data byla získána pomocí online administrovaného dotazníkového šetření v prostředí Instagramu. Shromáždili jsme celkem 17 428 hodnocení 59 produktů, které byly součástí influencer marketingu na Instagramu. Výzkumný soubor byl zvolen nepravděpodobnostním příležitostným výběrem a sčítá 613 respondentů. Výzkum je zaměřen na ženy ve věku od 15 do 35 let. Výzkumná část práce odhalila např. to, že uživatelé, kteří si pamatují, že byl určitý produkt propagován influencerkou na Instagramu, hodnotí tento produkt o 0,6 bodů lépe v porovnání s produkty, které si nepamatuje. Neprokázali jsme nevědomé ovlivnění reklamou. Lepší hodnocení dávají neurotičtí a přívětiví lidé. Nabízíme zajímavá zjištění, která mohou být inspirací pro další výzkumy.

This work deals with a current topic of influencer marketing on social site Instagram. The aim of the work was to find out how respondents evaluate products that are promoted by influencers on a five-point scale. In first case we focused on situation with respondent remembering the promotion, on the other hand in the second case, we focused on respondent not remembering the promotion. We tried to reveal what personality dimensions according to the BFI-2 inventory are related to product evaluation. We obtained data using an online administered questionnaire survey. We collected in total 17,428 reviews of 59 products that were part of the influencer marketing on Instagram. The research group was selected by improbability occasional selection and census of 613 respondents. The research is aimed at women aged 15 to 35 years. The research part of this work revealed, that users who remember that a certain product was promoted within influencer marketing evaluate this product better compared to products that they do not remember. We have not proved unconscious influence in advertising. Neurotic and friendly people give better ratings. We offer interesting findings that might become an inspiration for further research.

Tato diplomová práce se bude zabývat fenoménu influencer marketingu na Instagramu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda prezentované produkty influencery, mají odraz na chování či změnu myšlení u uživatelů této sociální sítě.
Dojde ke studiu relevantní české a zahraniční literatury a zpracování teoretické části diplomové práce. Dojde k přípravě výzkumné části, která bude mít podobu kvantitativního šetření. Za cílovou skupinu budou zvoleni uživatele Instagramu, kteří sledují vybrané influencery. Bude jim prostředkován dotazník vlastí tvorby zjišťující preferenci produktů influencery prezentován a produktů influencery neprezentován. Po realizaci výzkumu získaná data zpracujeme, analyzujeme a interpetujeme. Nakonec bude vypracována diskuze, závěr a souhrn.
