Předmětem bakalářské práce je zkoumání vybraných aspektů marketingové komunikace obchodních korporací ve vztahu ke spotřebitelům z Ruské federace a České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří pět kapitol. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s pojmy z oblasti marketingu, mezinárodního marketingu a podnikání. Druhá kapitola se zabývá marketingovou komunikací, komunikačním mixem a jeho nástroji. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na online komunikaci, jsou zde představeny vybrané internetové marketingové nástroje. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje problematice spotřebního chování a nákupního chováním v internetovém prostředí. Kapitola číslo pět je věnována interkulturní komunikaci, v rámci které je představen Hofstedeho model. Praktickou část práce tvoří pozorování marketingové komunikace obchodních korporací ve vztahu k ruskému a českému spotřebiteli. Tyto poznatky jsou následně aplikovány a vyloženy na základě Hofstedeho kulturních dimenzích.

The aim of this thesis is a research of the selected aspects of marketing communication of business corporations in relation to consumers from the Russian Federation and the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the concepts from the field of marketing, international marketing, and business. The second chapter deals with marketing communication, communication mix and its tools. The third chapter is focused on online communication, selected internet marketing tools are introduced. The fourth chapter describes the issue of a consumer behaviour and a shopping behaviour in the internet environment. Chapter five is devoted to intercultural communication and presents the Hofstede's model. The practical part of the thesis is an observation of a marketing communication of business corporations in relation to the Russian and Czech consumers. These findings are then applied and interpreted based on the Hofstede's model of cultural dimensions.
