Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace vlivu různých typů dokumentárních filmů na individuální redukci konzumace masa a změnu reduktariánských postojů. Dále se práce zabývá převodem a ověřováním psychometrických kvalit metod Behavioural beliefs method, Subjective norm measure a Ambivalence measure, které mapují oblast postojů vůči redukci konzumace masa. V teoretické části nejdříve nastíníme historii a současnost konzumace masa, důvody a rizika redukce konzumace masa, poté popíšeme teoretické znalosti v rámci změny postojů a chování. Nakonec přiblížíme aktuální stav zkoumání efektivity intervencí k redukci konzumace masa. Ve výzkumné části je pak proveden randomizovaný experiment pro ověření stanovených hypotéz.

The aim of this thesis is to identify the influence of various types of documentary films on the individual reduction of meat consumption and change of reduction attitudes. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the transfer and verification of psychometric qualities of the Behavioral beliefs method, Subjective norm measure and Ambivalence measure In the theoretical part, we first outline the history and present state of meat consumption, the reasons and risks of reducing meat consumption, then describe the theoretical knowledge in terms of changing attitudes and behaviour. Finally, we discuss the current state of research on the effectiveness of interventions to reduce meat consumption. In the research part, we carried out a randomized controlled trial to verify our hypotheses.
