Diplomová práce monitoruje týdenní pohybovou aktivitu (PA) u norských dětí
v zimním a jarním období z pohledu počtu kroků. Respondenti nosili týden krokoměry a zaznamenávali v průběhu sledovaných dnů časy a počty kroků do záznamových archů. V porovnání pracovních a víkendových dnů byly děti pohybově aktivnější v pracovních dnech v zimním i jarním období.
This diploma thesis monitors weekly physical activity (PA) in Norwegian children in winter and spring time in terms of number of steps. In addition, the thesis deals with comparison of PA during working and weekend days, comparing the amount of PA among boys and girls and last but not least by comparing the PA in the individual segments of the school day. A total of 20 children participated in the survey during the winter and spring period, 10 boys and 10 girls aged 11-12. Data collection took place in Norway, Notodden, at the Elementary School of Tveiten School. A Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 pedometer was used to monitor the PA. Respondents wore a pedometer for a week and recorded the number of steps in the record sheets during the days under review. The results show that the higher PA was in May (throughout the week, school days and weekends), but the differences are statistically insignificant. Compared to working days and weekends, children were more active in working days in both winter and spring. In comparison with sex, girls were more active than boys in all parameters in both winter and spring time. In each school day segments, it was surprisingly proven that the most active segment was time spent in front of the school. The recommended PA threshold, which is 11,000 steps in February and May, most children do not meet.
