Vliv pohlaví byl pozorován u všech tří testů, přičemž muži prokázali lepší vizuomotorický výkon, rychlejší pohyby zápěstí a prstů i větší rozsah krátkodobé vizuální paměti. Vliv věku byl pozorován u MLS testu a CORSI testu. Mladší věková skupina prokázala lepší stabilitu rukou, rychlejší cílené pohyby u pravé ruky a přesnější pohyby levou rukou. Vliv exogenních faktorů byl zjištěn pouze u MLS testu, a to ve vztahu k řízení automobilu a nošení dioptrických brýlí či kontaktních čoček.

In the master's thesis differences in visuomotor coordination, fine-motor skills and short-term memory in adult population were assessed in relation to gender, age and exogenous factors. Measurements were performed by the Vienna Test System. The 2HAND test was used for evaluation of visuomotor coordination, the MLS test which contained 4 subtests (Steadiness, Line tracking, Aiming, Tapping) was used for evaluation of fine motor skills and the CORSI test was used to determine the range of visual short-term memory. The research group included 37 men and 44 women aged 25-62 years. The effect of gender was observed in all three tests while men showed better visuomotor performance, faster movements of wrists and fingers and larger range of visual short-term memory. The effect of age was observed in the MLS test and the CORSI test. The younger age group showed better hand stability, faster aiming movements in right hand and more accurate movements in left hand. The effect of exogenous factors was found only in the MLS test in relation to driving and wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses.
