Bakalářská práce byla zpracována na téma "Individuální vzdělávací plán do školní tělesné výchovy pro zrakově postiženého žáka". Proto se bakalářská práce zabývá tvořením individuálního vzdělávacího plánu. Záměrem této bakalářské práce bylo seznámit čtenáře s integrovanou výchovou a se vším okolo ní. Důležitou součástí je využití aktuálních legislativních opatření a teoretické závěry různých autorů. Integrovaná žákyně je nevidomá dívka, a její individuální plán bude sestaven pro sedmou třídu na školní rok 2017/2018. Žákyně se zúčastnila vstupní diagnostiky, která jsou důležitou součástí pro tvoření individuálního vzdělávacího plánu. Výsledkem je vypracovaný individuální vzdělávací plán, který se odvíjí od Školního vzdělávacího programu pro školní tělesnou výchovu Základní školy, kterou žákyně navštěvuje. Plán je rozdělen do jednotlivých čtvrtletí.

This bachelor's thesis was written on the topic of "An Individual Educational Plan for Physical Education in School Created for a Visually-impaired Student", which is why it deals with the creation of an individual educational plan. The main focus of the thesis is on introducing the integrated education and everything it is concerned with to the reader. An important part is the use of relevant legislative measures, as well as conclusions of various authors. The integrated student is a visually-impaired girl and her individual plan is made for the seventh grade of primary school and the school year 2017/2018. The student participated in a diagnostic entrance test, which is an important part of individual plan creation. The final result of the thesis is an individual educational plan, which takes inspiration from the School educational program for physical education of a primary school, which the student attends. The plan is separated into specific trimesters.
