Přednáška je věnována základním principům, experimentálnímu provedení a oblastem využití metod studia anorganických sloučenin s akcentem na sloučeniny koordinační. Mezi probírané metody patří především UV/VIS, IR, Ramanova, Mössbauerova, NMR a EPR spektroskopie, hmotnostní spektrometrie, magnetochemické metody, rentgenová difrakční analýza, termické metody a vodivostní měření.
