Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základní scientometrickou analýzou publikační činnosti českých geografů. Vzhledem k obtížnosti definice českého geografa text využívá stanovenou pracovní definici. Pro tuto analýzu byla vytvořena databáze publikací českých geografů, za pomocí databáze Web of Science. Samotná analýza je provedena v softwaru Biblioshiny. Cílem práce je analyzovat publikační aktivitu českých geografů, hlavní témata, mezinárodní spolupráci a jejich publikační preference v čase.

This bachelor thesis deals with a basic scientometric analysis of the publishing activity of Czech geographers. Due to the difficulty of defining a Czech geographer, the text uses the established working definition. For this analysis, a database of publications by Czech geographers was created with the help of the Web of Science database. The analysis itself is performed in the Biblioshiny software. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the publication activity of Czech geographers, the main topics, international cooperation, and their publication preferences over time.

Tématem práce bude základní scientometrická analýza časopisecké produkce českých geografů. Stanovení časového rámce analýzy a vytvoření pracovní definice "českého geografa" bude provedeno v přípravné fázi výzkumu. Následně bude vytvořena databáze časopiseckých výstupu českých geografů, které jsou evidovány v databázi Web of science. Na základě této databáze bude provedena základní scientometrická analýza.

Studentka v úvodu své obhajoby představila komisi hlavní cíle své práce a také použité metody. Zaměřila se na roční vědeckou produkci českých geografů, na síť společného výskytu klíčových slov, kocitační síť českých geografů. V krátkosti shrnula hlavní závěry své práce.
V reakci na posudky vedoucího a oponenta práce se studentka zaměřila na:
- vysvětlení tab. 4, proč jsou jen v absolutních číslech - mohou tam být zahrnuti lidé, kteří mají stejnou afiliaci.
V diskusi:
- dr. Frajer - Jakou hraje roli vzdálenost od sebe jednotlivých klastrů? - Studentka: Dají se nastavovat různé parametry, např. blízkost citovaných autorů apod.
