            | The course supplements the complex of courses belonging to the third pillar of the study programme. It builds on the courses focused on the development of the student's scientific activity. Taking into account the fact that this is a subject included in the final year of study, the student is expected to have a high level of professional knowledge and competence, and therefore emphasis is placed on their presentation in international contexts, or presentation with an international element. In consultation with the lecturer, the student is required to complete a research internship abroad of a minimum of one month. This study obligation can be replaced by the student, in agreement with the lecturer, by obtaining and solving a scientific project with an international element or by preparing a publication in English, French, German, Russian, Spanish or Italian, which will be published abroad or in the Czech Republic in a peer-reviewed foreign language journal. The course is intended for students specializing in Private Law. Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.
