Course content
|
Sytematic learning of the language on the basis of the work with textbook complemented by further listening, phonetic and other exercises and conversational activities. The focus is put, among others, on the expression of purpose and causality, chronological description of an event, future simple tense, conditional, conditional clauses.

Learning outcomes
|
The objective of the continual language training course for students of the other majors than French philology is to perfection the knowledge of the morphosyntactical and lexical standards of modern French acquired in the course for beginners and lower intermediate students. A special emphasis is put on the expansion of thematic vocabulary and on the improvement of language competencies. The students will gain knowledge necessary for mastering basic communicative skills in different fields. At least lower intermediate level of French is required.
