Course content
Sytematic learning of the language on the basis of the work with textbook complemented by further listening, phonetic and other exercises and conversational activities. The focus is put on relative pronouns, prepositions of place, pronouns en and y, deeper knowledge of past tense. The students will learn to express their opinion and provide arguments in French.

Learning outcomes
The objective of the continual language training course for students of the other majors than French philology is to perfection the knowledge of the basic morphosyntactical and lexical standards of modern French learnt in the course for beginners. A special emphasis is put on the expansion of thematic vocabulary and on the improvement of language competencies. The students will gain knowledge necessary for mastering basic communicative skills in different fields. At least partial knowledge of French is required.
Intermediate level of French language.
