The easiest way to demonstrate their efficacy are the changes in incidence of infectious diseases preventable by current obligatory vaccines. The lectures will cover in detail the theory of specific immune response development, the vaccination calendar in the Czech Republic, vaccination schedules for all vaccines which are obligatory and/or recomendend in the Czech Republic, or recommended for travelers in selected countries, contraindications for various types of vaccines (both absolute and relative), side effects.
