|
The course is part of the third pillar of the study programme developing professional skills and general abilities of the student. It focuses primarily on the development of the student's pedagogical skills, with a secondary aim of strengthening knowledge, as a deep structured knowledge of the subject is a prerequisite for the knowledge to be communicated in a comprehensible way. The course builds on Pedagogical Propaedeutics in the first year of study and Pedagogical Activity I. It is intended for students of the specialization Administrative Law. In the second semester of the course, as in the first semester, the student is required to participate first passively in lectures and seminars determined by the lecturer. Then, in cooperation with the lecturer, the topic within which the student is to profile his/her pedagogical skills is selected and the student is required to prepare materials for the course to present to his/her lecturer. In order to successfully complete the course, the student is required, under the guidance of the lecturer, to actively teach a minimum number of hours of seminar classes according to the chosen form of study.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.

Prerequisites

Completion of this course is conditional upon the completion of the courses Scientific and Pedagogical Propedeutics I., II. and Teaching Activity in the Field of Administrative Law I.

Student performance
Conducting a seminar by a student in the scope of at least 6 teaching hours of seminars (face-to-face form) and 2 teaching hours of seminars (combined form).
