Learning outcomes
The course is a core subject forming the third pillar of the study programme, focusing on the development of professional skills and general abilities of the student, specifically on the student's ability to present the acquired knowledge and skills in a scientific text and in a professional scientific forum. The course is designed as a four-semester course, with the requirements of student performance in the course increasing as the semesters progress. The course builds primarily on the Philosophical-Methodological Foundations of Law and Scientific Propaedeutics and is designed for students specializing in European and International Law. In the second semester of the course, the student is required to participate passively in lectures and seminars as in the first semester. Then, in cooperation with the lecturer, a topic is selected within which the student is to profile his/her pedagogical skills and the student is required to prepare materials to present to his/her lecturer. In order to successfully complete the course, the student is required, under the guidance of the lecturer, to actively teach a minimum number of hours of seminar classes, depending on the chosen form of study.
