The course represents the core subject of the second pillar of the study programme aimed primarily at developing and enhancing the student's knowledge in the specialization of European and International Law. The essence of the course will be the analysis of theoretical and practical issues of international and European law. Each seminar will have its own topic within which students will prepare their own presentation or analysis of a specific legal problem. The topics will be presented in the seminar and then discussed in interaction with the other students and the participating lecturer. The seminar is designed as a four-semester course, with emphasis on selected institutes of international and European law during each semester. The first semester focuses primarily on a deeper understanding of the general part of international and European law beyond the Master's degree.
