Learning outcomes
The course complements the complex of courses belonging to the third pillar of the study programme. It builds on the courses focused on the development of the student's scientific activity. Taking into account the fact that this is a subject included in the final year of study, the student is expected to have a high level of professional knowledge and competence, and therefore emphasis is placed on their presentation abroad, or presentation with an international element. After consultation with the supervisor, the student is obliged to complete a scientific internship abroad of at least one month. This study obligation may be replaced by the student, in agreement with the supervisor, by obtaining and solving a scientific project with an international element or by preparing a publication in English, French, German, Russian, Spanish or Italian, which will be published abroad or in the Czech Republic in a peer-reviewed foreign language journal. The course is intended for students of the Legal History and Roman Law programme.
Development of the student's scientific activity at an international level.
