1. Introduction to the problem of criminal law and link to "German in criminal law I" 2. The person of the offender I: perpetration and participation 3. The person of the offender II: perpetration and participation 4. Crimes against the person 5. Crimes against the "general public" 6. Crimes against property and other crimes 7. Introduction to the criminal process, criminal proceedings and its principles 8. Criminal Procedure Law I. - Cognition and enforcement proceedings, person of the perpetrator - Position in individual stages of the procedure 9. Criminal Procedure Law II. - Law Enforcement / Investigations 10. Criminal Procedure Law III. - Proving 11. Criminal Procedure Law IV. - Appeal 12. European and international criminal law 13. Final seminar

Learning outcomes
|
The course focuses on the basic aspects of criminal law from the comparative perspective of Czech, German, respectively. of the Austrian legal order in its material and procedural part. It extends language knowledge in legal terminology and offers basic information on criminal law. Intermediate knowledge of German is expected. The course is taught in German.
The aim of the course is to deepen the basics of legal German and to improve basic skills in general German.
