Practical training takes place in individual departments III. internal clinics-NRE and Hematooncology clinics according to the prepared schedule. Coat, shoe, stethoscope required for teaching. We recommend not leaving any valuables in the locker rooms. The content of the practical exercise is the elaboration of a complete medical record, including anamnesis, design of a diagnostic and treatment plan. Part of the practice is a written description of the ECG curve or X-ray image. The practical exercise is divided into an individual part devoted to the processing of the above documents and a part devoted to the analysis of patients with the teacher. Participation in the practical exercise will be recognized only on the basis of meeting the above prerequisites and an active approach in the analysis of the patient. As part of the practical exercise, it is appropriate to use professional literature - but not to make an extract from the official medical record! Organization of examinations in internal medicine Test dates are listed in STAG. Tests I. and III. internal medicine clinic. The condition for passing the exam is a credit from internal medicine in all previous semesters of teaching, including IX. semester entered in the study index. The student registers for the exam in STAG. The apology for participation in the exam is accepted by the head of the clinic or his deputy, on the day of the exam also by the examiner. The exam consists of a written test, a description of the ECG curve and X-ray and three questions from internal medicine. The scope of the test substance follows from the updated overview of requirements for the examination in internal medicine and the content of lectures in internal medicine, ie without rheumatology, toxicology, occupational diseases and differential diagnosis, which will be part of the SS. Absence 1 is tolerated from compulsory 10 practical exercises and absence 1 from compulsory 16 seminars, for serious personal reasons or due to illness. Longer absences must be replaced on the basis of a prior agreement with the head of teaching, in another block or at the end of the semester in the form of a seminar paper or by replacing internships in the relevant department.
