1. Administrative procedures. 2. Administrative Code. 3. Fundamental principles of administrative practise. 4. Administrative proceedings. 5. Special administrative proceedings inder special acts 6. Measures of general application. 7. Administrative contracts. 8. Other administrative procedures.

Learning outcomes
The course Procedural Administrative Law deals with administrative proceedings. It analyses administrative proceedings from the historical view as well as from the view of the current legal regulation. It focuses on the proceedings and institutions regulated by the Administrative Code including administrative contracts and measures of general application. It also deals with some special types of administrative proceedings with the focus on building administrative proceedings and administrative proceedings on administrative infractions. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills to conduct administrative proceedings as an official of an administrative authority or to successfully represent an individual in administrative proceedings.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of any other course.

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark

Active participation at seminars, homework, preparing and giving homework on a seminar topic, knowledge of the topics taught in the course. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
