Course content
1. Constitutional and international basics of medical law. 2. Health services, types and forms of health care. 3. Legal position of medical facilities. 4. Public health protection. Exceptional measures in times of crisis. 5. Public health insurance. Regulatory charges. 6. Vaccination and compensation for injuries caused by compulsory vaccination.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the Health Care Administration course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to solve legal problems in the area of health care in the context of public administration and administrative law. In the thematic areas listed below, students will not only understand the relevant legislation, but also be able to apply it, understand the role of public authorities, analyse problematic situations from their perspective, identify the public interests involved and propose appropriate solutions using the legal tools available to these authorities.
After completing the course, students will be able to clarify the tasks performed by public administration bodies in the area of health care, they will understand the relevant legislation, but also be able to apply it, understand the role of public authorities, be able to analyze problematic situations from their perspective, identify the public interests involved and propose appropriate solutions using the legal instruments available to these bodies.

Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of other courses.
