National Banks in Other EU Countries 6. Financial Services Regulation and Supervision in the EU Countries 7. Consumer Protection in the Financial Services 8. European Central Bank, Its Relationships to Other EU Bodies, European System of Central Banks 9. Internal Organization of European Central Bank, ECB Statute 10. Monetary Policy of ECB 11. Czech Foreign Exchange Law, Foreign Exchange Regulation in the EU Countries 12. Examination Lesson

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training)
Learning outcomes
Knowledge of financial services regulation in the EU countries, the Czech banking regulation, the Czech National Bank and comparison with other central banks of selected EU countries. Information about the European Central Bank, its activities and relationships within the EU; and the European System of Central Banks.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge in the area of European banking law.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to get the colloquium must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher.
