The aim of the course is to teach students how to identify and define the problems of a target population, as well as how to locate and analyze financial, material, human, and organizational resources. Students will develop a project structure of their own or based on donor requirements. The course also aims to foster understanding and analysis of all stakeholders involved in the project.
